Stefan Abramian, a founder director of Avocado Capital, and co-founder & managing director of PEP Civil & Structures Ltd. With over 30 years’ experience in design & management of multi- million pound construction projects, including housing estates, commercial, industrial, educational, health & mixed use developments, Stefan is also the chairman of Wynaud Trust (UK), a church-based charity working with local people & organizations in UK & Zambia to benefit the people of Africa. Phil Turner, a director of Avocado Capital and MD of Inspire Group. After 12 years working as an area sales manager in London, he founded Inspire Builders carrying out building projects for residential and commercial clients. Now as an experienced landlord and property developer Phil has built up a portfolio of residential properties and is passionate about supporting local charities and councils in this critical housing shortage.
